Warranty

Our attendance machines come with a 1-year warranty from the purchase date, covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use, excluding physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized changes . Accessories or consumables are not covered. Installation services have a 7-day warranty; issues reported after this period are chargeable. If customers install door access control themselves, the machine's warranty is void.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Once the package is opened, the goods sold are non-returnable

Cancel or Return or Replacement is applicable when the biometric device comes with manufacturing defect. CamsUnit believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

In case you feel that the service received is not as described on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.


When you buy our services, If the biometric device has manufacturing defect, we will cheerfully replace the biometric device, if it escalated with in 7 days of payment. We develop and sell services that we use ourselves every day and our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to back our products with this special guarantee. To request a refund, simply contact us, through Feedback form in home page, with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us why you're requesting a refund, we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Replacements are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service and like this. Replacements are being processed within 21 days of period.
